This will be discussed in detail within your consultation and will continue to be reviewed throughout your sessions. The level of exercise difficulty, suitability and intensity will be determined by your fitness testing, your goals and your training ability.

In fact, we always start our first session with fitness testing, not only does this determine your current level of fitness but it also identifies any potential weaknesses in the body. This fitness evaluation will then be used as a reference point for further reviews later on in your training so that you can assess the progress you are making along with correcting any muscular or postural imbalances.

Key health tests include checking your blood pressure, resting heart rate, body mass index and body fat composition. Fitness tests are also used to establish current cardiovascular fitness levels as well as muscular strength and endurance.

Once we have collected the information this is used in combination with your goals and objectives to create a tailored programme that will help you to achieve your goals in a safe, effective and enjoyable way.
