Catchy tagline eh, Fit Together, you see were called jigsaw and we want to help you get fitter in a group environment thus Fit Together. Ok so it wasnt exactly a Mensa level challenge to understand the meaning but then again neither is seeing the benefits in joining in our classes.
Our weekly classes will give you a 1 hour workout that includes a warm up and warm down element with suitable stretching taught to reduce risk of injury and improve flexibility. The main session will target improvements in all aspects of your health, fitness and wellness goals. This will be achieved through a mix of cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and muscular endurance.
Training is delivered through a mixture of functional movement patterns and exercises to give a safe, enjoyable and effective workout. Sessions are varied with a wide range of different drills, exercises and circuits. Any equipment that is required will be provided by your Jigsaw PT.
Classes are open to all fitness levels as the exercise intensity is tailored to your ability. This way all participants get a personally challenging workout.
