Catchy tagline eh, Fit Together, you see were called jigsaw and we want to help you get fitter in a group environment thus Fit Together. Ok so it wasnt exactly a Mensa level challenge to understand the meaning but then again neither is seeing the benefits in joining in our classes.

Our weekly classes will give you a 1 hour workout that includes a warm up and warm down element with suitable stretching taught to reduce risk of injury and improve flexibility. The main session will target improvements in all aspects of your health, fitness and wellness goals. This will be achieved through a mix of cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength and muscular endurance.

Training is delivered through a mixture of functional movement patterns and exercises to give a safe, enjoyable and effective workout. Sessions are varied with a wide range of different drills, exercises and circuits. Any equipment that is required will be provided by your Jigsaw PT.

Classes are open to all fitness levels as the exercise intensity is tailored to your ability. This way all participants get a personally challenging workout.

Note:

Water will be provided and water breaks are designed into each session. Training will take place irrespective of the weather, thats half the fun and for me personally I much prefer a cooling shower and breeze to a sweaty, stuffy cramped gym. However, we dont get a kick out of deliberately targeting you to crawl through puddles of mud. Our intention is to give you an effective workout that you enjoy so much you want to not only keep coming back but also to tell your friends about it.

Please wear suitable clothing, any normal workout gear which allows comfortable ease of movement will do: sweatshirts, T-shirts, shorts, tracksuit bottoms, leggings, vests, trainers and socks. Ideally choose clothes that you can wear in layers, as once you warm up throughout a session you may want to remove a layer. Ultimately it comes down to what you feel comfortable in both physically and psychologically.
